摘要：
An information criterion is introduced for extracting the minor component associated with the covariance matrix of an input process. An adaptive stepsize learning: algorithm (ASMCEX) is proposed. The analysis shows that the ASMCEX algorithm has an equilibrium point. The simulations show that the ASMCEX algorithm can improve the convergence speed significantly.
