摘要：

The aim of this study is to analyze the contents of the in-service training programs of the political parties; National Unity Party (UBP), Republican Turkish Party (CTP), Communal Democracy Party (TDP) and Democrat Party (DP) which have seats in the parliament of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. In this study, interview forms are used for data gathering and data is analyzed with descriptive and content analysis methods. The training secretaries of the parties have been interviewed within the context of this study and information has been gathered regarding the in-service training programs and their adopted approach.
