摘要：

In this paper, mutual information relations between the data and knowledge bases are considered. Developed intellectual information system gives opportunity to analyze the information obtained from the ecological monitoring process in the shore stripe of the Caspian Sea belonging to Azerbaijan. System provides extensive use of computerized geographical information system (GIS) for data storage, analysis, and visualization in ecological estimations.
