Data Fusion Method of Life Prediction Based on Accelerated Degradation Test

摘要
A data fusion method of life prediction based on accelerated degradation test is presented. It can analyze all pseudo-life data at different stress levels as an integration, which can use more information and has higher prediction precision compared with traditional method. Pseudo-life data can be got with degradation data based on degradation path model by linear regression analysis or non-linear least square methodology. An example is discussed at last.
