摘要：
The management of "learning content" presents a number of challenges. A well-designed Learning Content Management System (LCMS) provides trainers and subject matter experts with an intuitive method to create, review, analyze, and reuse learning content-a complex process which requires as approach based around the users' goals. In this paper I outline a Web-enabled, user-centered LCMS design approach, and describe key components of an LCMS which has been created using this approach.
