摘要
Multi-isotope analysis of tropospheric O-3 in an urban area shows that the range of seasonal variations in delta O-18 and delta O-17 is in good agreement with that predicted based on pressure dependency of O-3 isotope enrichment. However, the mean values are depleted by about 10-15 parts per thousand relative to that derived from pressure dependency and also from the data reported by previous workers. The observed depletion indicates a sink of O-3, presumably from surface destruction that possesses non-mass dependent isotopic fractionation.
