摘要：

Focused on semantic Web service matching mechanism studies, semantic matching mechanism was improved based on previous works in this paper. The situation of matching strategies work in layer of service IPOE, the layer of quality of service (QoS) lacking flexibility and accuracy not good enough were improved in matching. Furthermore, a semantic Web services matching mechanisms with flexibility character was achieved. This study provides a reliable searching service for users.
