With the methods such as literature review and logical induction, based on the careful understanding of "human-centered" teaching idea, as well as taking into consideration the basketball-class teaching aim, this article begins from college students' present and future developing needs and intends to activate their subject consciousness. To achieve this, it is necessary to respect them, to promote their all-round development, to make them master their life course while teaching basketball playing skills, to make them know how to compete and how to cooperate, to improve their ability of accepting defeat and the ability of self-regulation and self-control. In this way, the article elaborates construction of human-centered basketball teaching idea.
