摘要
Charismatic leadership, which is now widely discussed in recent years, was always shown to have positive and powerful effects on followers' attitudes and behaviors. Previous studies were basically focused on effectiveness of charismatic leadership in diverse contexts, while there is lack of studies on the mechanism. By using questionnaires, this current study aims to explore the relationship between charismatic leadership and employees' work behaviors (including in-role behavior and organizational citizenship behavior, OCB) and the underlying psychological mechanism The empirical study found that charismatic leadership positively influences employees' in-role behavior and OCB. Moreover, this study found that psychological capital and perceived organizational support (POS) mediates the positive relationship between charismatic leadership and work behaviors.
