LUXURIOUS AND IMPRESSIVE HOTEL LONE IN ROVINJ

A new and luxurious 5 star Hotel Lone is now under construction at the hotel complex Monte Mulini situated to the South of Rovinj, at the site, that had previously been occupied by Hotel Montauro, right between the existing hotels Eden and Monte Willi. In fact, the hotel should have already been built, but the construction was delayed by some proprietary problems. The construction work finally started a few months ago, and the hotel is due for completion by the next summer, when it is expected to receive the first guests. The hotel is built at the sloping terrain and, quite ! unusually, it resembles the letter "Y" in plan. This shape was selected so as to intervene as little as possible into the surrounding terrain and to preserve the valuable vegetation and, also, to increase the number of rooms with splendid view towards the sea and nearby islands. The central area of the hotel is destined for public amenities and it appropriately spreads through all underground and above-ground levels.; The hotel is build in accordance with the prize-winning design solution! proposed by Studio 3LHD, and great attention is being paid to the elaboration of internal and external decoration details, so that the hotel can easily be distinguished from others by a number of fascinating features. One of interesting characteristics of this construction site burdened with tight completion deadlines is the installation of ready-made and prefabricated bathrooms, which is expected to considerably boost the building process.
