摘要
This paper presents the first application of a recently developed benchmarking methodology. Based on the existing practices this article proposes a multi-criteria analysis method for the assessment of PBS systems from user and operator perspectives. System performances differ from user and operator perspective. Best systems show diverse characteristics.
