摘要
In order to respond to the 5th Goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the proposals of the 2030 Agenda, this research shows how to introduce the gender perspective in Secondary Education, presenting, this way, a Teaching Guide in English. The aim is to work on language competence and gender studies simultaneously. This article presents an analysis of the importance and necessity of integrating the gender perspective in a transversal way in the current educational curriculum and it specifies the criteria followed to create a didactic material that fills an existing gap. It presents the structure and objectives of a Teaching Guide made up of 4 thematic units on the lives of sixteen Anglo-Saxon women who have served as a spur and inspiration for women from other countries and cultures. All of them promoted the expansion of the feminist movement, managing to offer a fairer image of women.
