摘要
This paper analyzes the characteristics of energy consumption according to the classification of China's civil building type. According to The Code for Thermal Design of Civil Buildings (GB50176-93), the whole country can be divided into five zones. In each zones, design requirements are given to cater for thermal characteristics of the building. This paper analyzes the residential energy-saving brought about by carbon dioxide emissions reductions, according to the three Northeastern provinces and Hebei province and Tianjin with more CDM projects. This paper discusses the development of new international rules and practices of PCDM (Programmatic Clean Development Mechanism), as well as the technology options of implementation PCDM of in China.
