摘要
The nanotextured silicon surface appears black due to almost complete light trapping in a broad spectral range, which will give rise to high-energy conversion efficiency. However, the complexity of the nanotextured silicon surface enhances the surface recombination and thus usually diminishes the strengths of low light reflection. Nanoscale texturing surface structure is susceptible to changes and such a property allows better opportunities to modify the structure to maximize the advantages of low light reflection, while minimizing the disadvantages of surface recombination. Through the adjustment of nanotextured surface, the performance of a black solar cell can be improved. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of various nanoscale surface structures on the performance of solar cells. (C) 2010 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim
