摘要：

This paper elaborates the important role of news media in the construction of harmonious society. The role orientation of news media is analyzed. It should be emphasized that the news media must maintain the correct orientation of public opinion, fully play the role of public opinion supervision and construct a harmonious environment of public opinion.
