Account accuracy of the natural gas deliveries in the true conditions of measurement

摘要
The amount of natural gas supplied to a residential and commercial consumers is calculated as though the volume of gas passing through the gas meter had been measured at the standard temperature of 0 degrees centigrade and the standard pressure of 101325 Pa. In practice the natural gas will, of course, be measured at the actual temperature and pressure of the gas at the gas meter. The account error of the gas deliveries consists of error of gas meter, the so called temperature error and pressure error dependent on the number of metres of elevation of the meter location above sea level. The paper presents the indication errors of residential diaphragm gas meters, stability of metrological characteristic in use and error changes as the effect of gas temperature. This paper shows the analysis of account accuracy of gas deliveries for diaphragm gas meters measured the gas outside of dwelling-house and inside in the apartment, corridor and cellar. The paper presents the German regulation G 685 4/93 about the gas metering and the effect of temperature and pressure. Author proposed zonation the territory of Poland into 9 zones and using two following base temperature 0 degrees centigrade and 15 degrees centigrade. By means of this proposal the account error of the gas deliveries shall be from -2,6% to 2% of the true amount of gas supplied.
