摘要
Vismia macrophylla Kunth is an amazonian tree that contains a colored resin typical of the Hypericaceae family which is commonly used by the amazonian natives to treat fungi. The objective of this work was to isolate and characterize the terpenoids of Vismia macrophylla. The sample was collected in the village of Nina Rumi located in the mid basin of the Nanay river, in the Peruvian Amazon. The extraction of the terpenoid components was carried out using CO2 as a supercritical fluid and its characterization by gas chromatography coupled to a mass spectrometer. Thirteen components were obtained, the most important being terpen-4-ol (36,08%), alpha-terpineol (21,46%), alpha-eudesmol (16,89%), alpha-copaene (8,89%) and camphor (3,99%). The identification of these terpenoid compounds will serve to later relate them to some biological activity.
