摘要
In the context of big data, the rise of information enterprises, the construction of the information infrastructure, the diversity and personalization of services, the definition and the digitization of information property, are penetrating every single detail of our life. Dealing with the economic revolution, government functions have been expanded so that the government is expected to dissolve the risks and challenges of the information age, balance the interaction between individual and market, namely is to promote efficiency by means of leading and using the data actively in the process of macro-control and protect fair competition via more information regulation at the same time. Therefore, with the development of more uses of digitized technology and new channels of democracy in the society, a more perfect, rational, orderly form of democracy is expected to be realized in the information age.
