Big Data Technology and University General Education

This paper talked about the development status of domestic of the Big Data technology, then talked about the Big Data, this year's hot topic in academic circles, and its enormous impact of the teaching reform in colleges and universities. How to face and accept the reality of the situation, the teachers of university should take this opportunity to do a good job in the corresponding teaching reform, this paper puts forward some suggestions. Based on years of General Education teaching experience, it proposed the Big Data technology teaching, should be divided into two levels, one is professional technical education, and another is the General Education course. In this paper, author's point has the originality; it provided reference for teaching reform.
