摘要：
In this paper, we generalize Sylvester's construction for (generalized) Hadamard matrices in such a way that m matrices B-1, B-2,..., B-m (not necessarily distinct) of the same size k and a mtrix C of size sn are used as components to construct a (generalized) Hadamard matrix of size mk.
