摘要
The aim of this study is to discover what teachers think about two basic aspects that affect school life: the school culture, and their conceptions of the community's personal and socio-cultural diversity. For this purpose, in a semi-structured interview teachers are asked about some essential factors: shared intercultural and inclusive objectives and values, positive evaluation of diversity, positive view of the school, and high expectations about agents of the educational community. The system used to analyse and categorise information allowed us to draw up lines of action or initiatives for change. Conclusions are used to guide a transformation plan for the school based on a model that responds to inclusive and intercultural diversity.
