摘要
Free movement of goods is one of the four foundation stones and freedoms on the unified European market, European space that includes also the Czech Republic inner market (CR). However, without actual consumer confidence that one is, with no doubt, in close connection with the effective protection rules adjustment, the market cannot function properly. Some tasks, are still not being solved, remaining alive in the area of materially and procedurally legal or technical regulation over the single states, let us say markets current development and integration degree. Consumers' cross boarder purchases, difficult consumers' disputes solution and many other ones are the main non confidence that means the persisting problem. This contribution was processed within the Research Project of MSM 6046070906 "The economics of Czech agricultural resources and then effective use within multifunctional systems of agriculture and food", Faculty of Economics and Management, Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague.
