The application of information integration and system are analyzed in this paper, and the premise with BizTalk as a middleware to connect different application system based on information integration is put forward. System integration with the relevant requirements of different situation provides several integration method, in addition has the characteristics of integration through the integration platform design, so as to realize the basic framework of the application system of one-to-one or a seamless connection, provides the application integration in the document exchange, and business process automation function, and on the basis of the client to ensure in system, data and the level of integration business needs.
