摘要：
In this paper, we have been studied the surface plasmon of a nanoring in a host material. Using second quantized formalism of the Random Phase Approximation, we have been determined the dispersion relations of surface plasmon waves on the nanoring. Then, the interaction of an electromagnetic field with a ring has been investigated.
