摘要
Faster-than-Nyquist signaling is a kind of information transmission technology. It can compress the transmission symbol interval to improve the spectrum utilization, which has good application prospects. In this paper, an improved steepest descent method based low complexity frequency offset estimation algorithm for FTN signals is proposed. The idea is to replace the derivation process of the original method with the comparison of amplitude values under the idea of differential, so as to reduce the complexity of frequency offset estimation at the receiving end of FTN, reduce the estimation threshold, improve the estimation accuracy and save the cost, which provides an important reference for the practical engineering application of FTN transmission.
