摘要
Using a hydrothermal method, we successfully synthesized TiO2 nanotubes (TNTs), and investigated the influence of annealing temperature on its morphology and phase composition with X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electronmicroscope. The performance illustrated that a proper annealing temperature which can form anatase phase and the optimum tubular structure was 400 degrees C. Finally, we tested the photocatalytic activities of TNTs, with (5wt.%) and without graphene, by photodegradating methyl orange (MO) aqueous solution under UV irradiation, and the result indicated that graphene can enhance the photocatalytic activity of TNTs.
