摘要
It was established, that time of transient processes in nonlinear para metrical zonal systems (NPS), working on current ultraharmonics in highest zones of oscillations instability, is shortening considerably, and aimed to zero for account of abrupt phase transition. It allows increasing fast-acting of devices on NPS base in 100-1000 times, even applying traditional ferromagnetic materials. For thin-film structures, fast-acting increases by some orders more, what allows contending about creating of new element base, on which it is possible making new generation super-fast devices, really working in THz-ranges.
