Scanning tunneling spectroscopy of (TMTSF)2ClO4 under magnetic fields at 0.3 K

摘要
The low temperature state of organic superconductor (TMTSF)(2)ClO4 has been studied by electron tunneling spectroscopy down to 0.3 K under parallel magnetic fields up to 8 T. The differential conductance showed a v-shaped gap corresponding to that for an SDW state even for a slowly cooled sample. The results suggest that the surface of (TMTSF)(2)ClO4 is in the SDW state even if the bulk state becomes superconducting.
