摘要
When a particle tunnels through a barrier that cannot be overcome classically, the phenomenon is known as quantum tunnelling. Physical phenomena such as brilliant stars [1] and key applications such as the tunnel diode [2] are all influenced by this. Predicted in the early 20th century and widely accepted as a physical phenomenon by the end of the century [3]. The Heisenberg uncertainty principle [4] is frequently used to explain tunnelling as a result of matter's wave-particle duality. Henry Becquerel's discovery of radioactivity led to the development of quantum tunnelling [5]. A Nobel Prize in physics was granted to Marie and Pierre Curie, who carried out additional research on it. Heinrich Schweidler examined its nature, which was later confirmed by Friedrich Kohlarausch empirically. There is no way to forecast how long a substance will have a half life because of the work of these scientists [6].
