Analysis on Reform of Management Mode of Government-Investment Projects

For a long time, China's use the traditional management models in government investment project, which is difficult to control over the projects effectively, and exposing many problems. In order to change this situation, the developing process and existing problems in the government-investment projects in our country are analyzed in this thesis, the modes that are adopted in developed countries and Hong Kong are introduced; and a suitable management mode is put forward for reforming the management mode of Chinese government-invested projects.
