摘要
4DVar is a method of estimating parameters by optimizing the fit between the solution of the model and a set of observations. A simple 4DVar scheme of Doppler radar observations is proposed in this paper. This scheme is proceed from Boussinesq model, and then defined the cost function. Adjoint system and minimization were applied to get the optimal analysis variables. The whole computer implementation flow chart is also presented.
