摘要：
This paper presents a Web based monitoring and management system for production process of oil refinery including system modeling, system components and functions, system framework, the adopted key technologies and application scenarios of the system. The system consists of data collecting and processing sub-system, technology analysis and management sub-system, store and transport management sub-system, system scheme optimize sub-system, production scheduling sub-system, and integrated information query sub-system. The system is developed in JSP, Servlet, JavaBean, XML and OWC. The system is running in an integrated environment of enterprise. It needs the requirements of monitoring and management for production process of oil refinery.
