摘要：

The article constitutes an approximation to the main theoretical and methodological discussions related to the complex field of organizational culture. It includes a wide bibliographic research of Cuban and foreign authors about the subject, and it reflects the particularities that range the study of the culture in the context of working organization. It is include the analysis of the main contemporary discussions, specifically the methodological rout of present researches, the main paradigms of analysis, and the role of the leadership and its influence on the organizational culture.
