摘要：
Second-generation migrant workers into the city can make the population structure more reasonable, and requires no change of family planning policy, and also can make the city aging process slackened off, improving the population maintenance rates. While second-generation migrant worker can also relieve urban workers' pension gap and maintain sustainable development and relieve urban development obstacles.
