摘要：
The professional happiness of college female teachers is the assurance to improve the development of education and the happiness of teachers and students. The professional happiness of college female teachers diminished because of the pressure by outside and themselves. This essay based on the analysis about the influencing factors of the professional happiness of college female teachers which comes up with an effective approach to enhance it.
