Entrepreneurial College Student Leadership Development

College student leadership development began in the 1980s; however; college student leadership development began in the recent years in China; especially; entrepreneurial college student leadership development is just in the initial stage. At present, college student entrepreneurship failure rate is very high and lack of leadership is one of the important reasons, what's more, research on entrepreneurial college student leadership has become a hot social and educational topic. This article, through combing the domestic and foreign literatures, summing up entrepreneurialcollege student leadership model and competency model, questionnaire and interview method, put forward the framework and measures of entrepreneurial college student leadership development and provides some useful experiences and references for entrepreneurial college students and universities.
