摘要
The extension of distance education into the academic environment encountered several operational problems, such as the difficulty of identifying tools and instruments for developing and teaching e-learning courses. The main purpose of this theoretical article is to provide the authors of these courses a simple, functional and intuitive structure. We elaborated an integrated model of building, monitoring and assessing courses into an e-learning environment for higher education tutors. The main beneficiaries of this instrument are the higher education on-line trainers, but also the assessors of the e-learning programmes. The most important contribution of the paper consists in providing a structured, functional model and in the same time a tool for the e-learning tutors and curriculum designers in teacher training.
