Optimization analysis of project investment based on goal programming

Invest decision is essential in the project management. It is the primary link of a successful project. This paper applies goal programming method in operational research to set tip corresponding mathematics model for a company investment project, and then the report uses divide layer arrange method to obtain the optimization scheme. So, in the process of investment decision of the project, the optimum scheme can be sought through the quantitative analytical method and achieve the goal of improving the investment decision scientifically.
