摘要
Aggressive antiretroviral treatment has changed the poor prognosis of HIV-infection over the past ten years, allowing most children to live normally and reach adulthood. But three factors complicate the sexual behavior of perinatally infected adolescents: HIV infection is sexually transmitted, generates social stigma, and often affects several family members. We compare physiological and psychological obstacles to sexual behavior and reproductive health with respect to HIV infection and cancer.
