摘要
With the change of human resources management-orientation, the research to the employee engagement and its inspiration mechanism has got more and more attention. In recent years, the research of person-organization fit has become the focus of attention among organizational researchers, domestic and international studies have confirmed that the positive impact on personal behavior of employees. Based on the person-organization fit theories, starting from the engagement mechanism of the decision to explore the impact on their engagement, and then to propose effective ways to improve the organization's employee engagement.
