摘要：

The sequential factorial probing designs obtained in [1] were based on the assumption that for a given treatment j, its true effect tau(j) becomes known, ie., the random error variance sigma(2) is negligible. In this paper we study the general situation where sigma(2) is positive. The problem of obtaining the probability of correctly identifying the set of non-zero parameters, L*, is discussed for some elementary cases.
