THE ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL INVESTMENT MARKET AND ASSESSMENT OF PROSPECTS FOR THEIR USE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MARINE INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGIES

The article presents the results of the assessment of the impact of digital investments (Initial coin offering-ICO) on the development of high-tech and innovative business, as well as the development and implementation of digital technologies in the real sector, in particular Maritime infrastructure and transportation. The prerequisites and conditions for the entry of digital investments into the economy of the new technological order are systematized. It is shown that the pace of digitalization leads to rapid modification and adaptation of ICO processes as a possible key component of the future financial market. The nature of digital assets and investments is shown, reflecting the need of the economy and society in public-private partnership in solving intellectual, social, infrastructure and other problems formed by the modern world. The conclusion about the presence of fundamentally new properties of digital investments, namely, the ability of instant entry into the project, a high rate of return and the possibility of using digital money is substantiated. Interrelation of inflow of funds for financing of projects of creation of digital technologies with high risk of their realization is revealed the assessment of prospects of expansion of the field of application of digital investments in development of intellectual sea technologies is given. The research methodology is based on the analysis of the nature of digital investments, their entry into various sectors of the economy and the impact on the digital business model. Analytical procedures were used to identify the cause-and-effect relationships of investing digital money in real and virtual economy projects, their impact on future capital markets. The information basis of the study is based on a representative sample of the dynamics of digital investments in various categories of assets, expectations and results of investments, analytical reports on ICO processes and procedures.
