摘要
From the opening of reformation in China, our Chinese economy has been grown rapidly. At the same time the city construction and real estate industry have been developed rapidly. However the low level of the city construction management blocks their development. One of the choke points is the lower efficiency of manual examination and sanction in traditional city construction and real estate industry, so we urgently need to improve the level of modernization and information of city construction management. Therefore this paper constructs an examination and sanction system for city construction management and uses multi-agent as a key technology to cooperate among the different sections. This paper systematically analyses the traditional workflow of examination and sanction and designs the whole construction of united examination and sanction system based on multi-agent and the process of cooperation. This system sufficiently makes use of the intelligence and cooperation of multi-agent, which can promote the cooperative work of these different units and improve greatly the efficiency of examination and sanction, at last accelerate the level of the city construction management.
