摘要：
Coccidioidal meningitis is a highly lethal condition with a high morbidity and relapse rate caused by Coccidioides immitis.(1) This case report highlights the difficulty in diagnosing and treating coccidioidal meningitis, and discusses a novel combination antifungal therapy (voriconazole and liposomal amphotericin B), which was used to treat this patient.
