Research on the Chinese Enterprise Training Based on the Theory of Information Asymmetry

The development of China cannot do without the development of the enterprises, and the development of enterprises ultimately depends on the development of the people. The enterprise training has become the key factor to the success of the development of enterprises. Although the development of the enterprise training market in our country is very rapid, there are many problems. There are especially many problems that the training effect is not ideal in the aspect of the invitation for the trainee teachers and the cost control of the training, and the expenses of the trainers are high. In this paper, by using the theory of the asymmetric information, through the research of the enterprise training market in China, the author finds that the problem in the enterprise training market is just the opposite to the "money market". Because of information asymmetry, in the training market, there are the phenomena that "the teachers with high visibility evict the teachers with low visibility" and the training expenses are high. This paper presents the solution to the problems of the establishment of the information platform.
