摘要：
The construction of the professional teaching materials in the secondary and higher vocational education is an important guarantee for a prominent feature of the occupational education, and the intermediary to transform the thoughts, ideas, and aims of the occupational education into the specific educational reality, which is the crystallization of the results of the teaching reform, and also an important aspect of the educational reform, as well as an important tool to realize the goal of cultivating the talents. From the importance of the construction of the professional teaching materials of the secondary and higher vocational colleges, this article expounds the defects existing in the construction of the teaching materials in the secondary and higher vocational education, as well as the principles and ideas of the textbook compilation.
