According to the features of coal mine monitoring and control system,, combined with the construction of coal mine Intranet /Intranet, we discuss the method to construct Web-based Coal Mine Monitoring System (WCMMS). The topic analyses the network model of WCMMS, gives the 3-tier software architecture of WCMMS in the field of a web application technology. At the end of this paper, the author presents the further trends in the field of WCMMS system..
