Electronically switchable Fano resonances based on spoof localized surface plasmons

摘要
Here electronically switchable Fano resonances have been proposed through manipulating spoof plasmonic particles in the microwave frequency. The Fano resonance can be controlled by use of the diode mounted in the corrugated ring. The mode of Fano resonance can be switched by controlling the on and off state of the Schottky diode across the slit. Such electronically controlled devices could find many applications in plasmonic integrated functional circuits.
