摘要
The wave functions of an electron in the conduction band of a zero-gap semiconductor in the vicinity of a Coulomb acceptor are calculated in the framework of the Luttinger model in the spherical symmetry approximation. The energies of acceptor resonance states are determined as functions of the electron to hole mass ratio.
