There are gender differences, age differences and education differences in job satisfaction. Female were more satisfied than male. There was a negative relationship between age and job satisfaction. There was also a negative relationship between education and job satisfaction. There are also job distinction differences, enterprise nature differences and industry differences in job satisfaction. Middle managers, state-owned enterprise employees and transport industry workers had the lowest job satisfaction.
